3) Lack of accountability
How to KEEP New Year’s Resolutions:
1) Set REALISTIC goals-pace yourself, look at what you already have on your plate.
2) Make a CLEAR plan with milestones-reward yourself when milestones achieved.
3) Get an accountability partner or goal buddy who is also working on goals and check in with each other on a regular basis. Having a Success Coach for at least 3 months is also a great way to be accountable and to have someone help you work through blocks and to define the plan.
